| Duties: | ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
The essential functions and basic duties of the Account Executive-II include, but are not limited to the following:
Successful completion of initial development program.
Follow the 7(seven) step selling process.
Generate new sales leads, including cold calls and potential clients/partners.
Book client appointments, organize proposals, and conduct demonstrations and presentations.
Close the sale of new VoIP and/or TDM telephone systems.
Contact existing customer base at least once every 4(four) months.
Maintain account information in TigerPaw and utilize and maintain “Opportunities” in TigerPaw daily.
Maintain client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle and post sale.
Work with service/operations/accounting departments to ensure all necessary information such as job packages are accurately and timely available for installation and billing forecasting.
Develop and maintain excellent knowledge of all Trans-West Network Solutions products, both voice and data.
Participate in all product training.
Complete all testing.
Represent TWNS in a professional manner.
Achieve or exceed pre-determined performance criteria of the following:
Proposals: To be equal to, or greater than, 3 times the minimum monthly quota for 90 day pipeline.
