| Description: | Job Description: Work with Business Analyst clients to clarify business requirements, map them to systems capabilities, and recommend technical solutions. Convert client requirements into technical terms for the development team, and advise clients on resource requirements, scope, budgets, and timing. Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications between the business and the development teams. Document changes and create troubleshooting guides may provide Level 3 production support when Level 1 or 2 at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC) is unable to solve a problem. Work on several projects simultaneously in teams with other Systems Analysts and developers. |
| Qualifications: | You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Arts degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in Business or Information Systems with more than three years of related systems Analyst experience. An M.B.A. or equivalent experience is preferred. Additional qualifications include:
- Ability to thoroughly understand the customer's business processes and the system functionality to design improved business processes, make data quality improvements and perform the required enhancements to the system
- Ability to deliver all testing-related deliverables as defined by Intel's test methodology (unit, functional, consolidated, stress and day one)
- Ability to effectively document all designs and functionality to enable the production support organization to support the application post implementation
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and communicate design issues to users and stakeholders
- Excellent listener, excellent written and verbal communication skills and an effective facilitator
- Ability to design, configures, test and deliver SAP* functionality to support Intel's business capability roadmap
- Experience in Systems, Applications and Products* (SAP*) configuration or ABAP coding
- Knowledge of procurement to payment business processes would be an added advantage
- Configuration experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) 5.0 or greater, ERP Central Component (ECC) 6.0 or greater and Business Intelligence 7.0 (BI and/or BW) would be an added advantage. |
