| Description: | Performs as an Observer Trainer in support of the Joint Intelligence Combat Training Center (JICTC) utilizing various forums such as formal platform training, workshops, and field training exercises to train US military personnel and other Department of Defense (DoD) and federal government agency personnel. Will identify the best approaches to training to include, but not limited to course assessment, examinations, interviews, computer assisted and adaptive training and testing, performance-based assessment and performance, team and unit assessment and measurement and serve as a mentor and grader alongside active duty military and DoD instructors. Develops and maintains knowledge bases, conducts applied and advanced research methodologies, prepares all training material such as, but not limited to, course outlines, course manuals, lesson plans, exams, background materials, workbooks, handouts, study guides, training aids, performance reports and class records. Maintains currency in the area of expertise and is expected to function as an expert in the specialty field.
Required Skills: Minimum 8 years experience and knowledge in Army Intelligence, particularly as a senior all source analyst; experience and knowledge of Army Transformation, Division ACE functions, and Army Brigade-and-Below Warfighting Doctrine are required; Candidate must have documented experience working intelligence functions in a Brigade and a Division Tactical Operations Cell (TOC) in an operational environment such as OIF of OEF; Candidate must have knowledge and background using DCGS-A tools and applications, to include but not limited to, Pathfinder, AXISPro, Analyst Notebook, Collection Management Toolkit (CMT), Query Tree NG, NAI Tool, ArcGIS, and Jabber. Must have honorably served in the military in MOS/AOC: 35F/350F, 35N/350N, 35S/ 352S; or Officer: 35D, 35C, 35G, or 18-series 180A or an equivalent specialty in another branch of service or an equivalent specialty in other U.S. and have working knowledge on other MI MOS skill sets.
Required Education (including Major): BS/BA or Equivalent Experience
Desired Education: Masters Degree
Must be a US citizen and posses a U.S. TOP SECRET/SCI Security Clearance. |
