| Description: | Incumbent serves as a Supervising Instructor/Training Developer for the HUMINT Joint Center of Excellence Interrogation Branch Course. Trains students by accurately portraying a detainee, based on interrogation role, evaluating students’ performance, and performing critique and re-training as necessary; act as a platform instructor for interrogation training; counsels students on their performance verbally or in writing; lead or act as a member of a team engaged in training development; serves as a Senior Faculty Advisor or Small Group Conference Leader. Supervises subordinate Training and Development Specialist and Administrators.   
Required Skills: Have honorably served in the military in the Army Military Occupation Specialty (MOS) of 351M (formerly 351E) or 35M (formerly 97E), equivalent Marine Corps Interrogator MOS, or be a DoD certified interrogator. Have 5 years of interrogation experience, serving in an interrogation billet. Have at least one deployment (of at least 6 months) in support of Global War on Terrorism (GWOT), serving in an interrogation billet. Possess interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and be able to evaluate and counsel students in the subtle and difficult concepts of the subject matter. Possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
Must have experience in the following software programs: Windows 2000/XP, MS-Word, MS-Outlook, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel.
Desired Skills: Graduate of a TRADOC-approved Instructor Training Course, Defense Strategic Debriefer Course (DSDC), Joint Analyst-Interrogator Collaboration Course (JAICC), formerly known as EAIT Systems Approach to Training (SAT) Course and Test Development Workshop (TDW). Instructor of an interrogation course for at least one year and a USAIC&FH Master Instructor. Have a current TOP SECRET security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI).
