Description:Provide support to Department Manager, Section Heads, and engineering staff in administrative tasks including timekeeping and attendance maintenance, presentation preparation, metrics development and maintenance, database management and reporting, meeting and conference room scheduling and catering arrangements, manage calendar coordination and maintenance, department training and safety reporting, coordination of travel reservations and processing expense statements, ordering supplies and coordinating personnel seating arrangements. Position may include activities supporting center staffing of contractors, maintaining staffing database, and coordinating with HR Staffing.

Required Skills: Punctual, well-organized and flexible professional with positive "can-do" attitude able to perform multiple concurrent assignments, solve problems, interpret requirements and priorities, and complete tasks with limited supervision and direction. Self-starter, professional image and demeanor, strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Experienced in office organization and management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point) and Lotus Notes e-mail system. Familiar with common office equipment and tools including phone systems, voicemail, printers, copiers and FAX.

Desired Skills: Knowledge of RMS policies and processes. Knowledge of APEX/SAP employee timecard system, WebTE, TravelSmart, RITS, SPEED, and HREIS.
