| Description: | GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for soliciting add-on and upgrade solutions from assigned account territories. In this role, the SAM plays an integral part in generating new business for the company. This individual will also support the sales efforts of the Business Development Mangers and Territory Vice Presidents. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must. |
| Duties: | AREAS OF RESPOSIBILITY
Achieve Monthly Gross Profit & LDAPS Quotas -- New Client Generation
Territory Growth -- SPC Growth (Solutions Per Client)
Build and Maintain Partner relationships -- Commitment to Global IT’s CORE values
Maintaining detailed account information
Attend scheduled sales, customer service, product training as well as other meeting including; Partner sales training and local staff meetings as needed.
Present Solutions Based Selling methodology to any and all prospective clients and partners.
Learn the solutions and benefits of related solutions and tailor solution presentations accordingly.
Promptly follow up and report back on all requests given by leadership team.
Maintain Vendor Certifications (Including but not limited to Microsoft, vmware, HP, and others.
Work in tandem with Business Development Mangers.
Represent the company positively both in the office and the community.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned

| Qualifications: | WORK REQUIREMENTS
Experience in technology phone sales recommended
30 day training period after date of employment
Home Office (High Speed Internet, Cell Phone, Phone Line)
