| Description: | Our client is seeking a qualified AS/400 Programmer/Analyst.
Requirements:
Thorough knowledge and at least 2 years of hands-on experience with supporting and configuring Kronos iSeries application. Modules include Attendance, Timekeeper, Gatekeeper, Accruals, History, and Shop Floor electronic data collection system.
Minimum of 2 years experience and expert knowledge of RPG III/RPG ILE, CLP, Query and operating system basics on an AS/400 iSeries platform required.
Hands-on experience supporting and configuring Ethernet-based timekeeping clocks required.
Working experience with DBU query tool and ROBOT job scheduling tool a plus.
Knowledge of business payroll/timekeeping practices in a manufacturing plant environment preferred.
Experience with interfaces to ADP/ProBusiness payroll and SAP HR systems preferred.

| Duties: | Responsibilities: This position is the primary technical support for client’s businesses/plants utilizing Kronos Time & Attendance applications. Responsible for maintaining programs related to Kronos (examples; reports and interfaces between Kronos, SAP/HR and ADP/ProBusiness payroll systems). Position will work closely with Kronos Business Analyst, assisting with configuring application. Responsible for coordinating with hardware teams for support and configuration of time clocks. Assist users with time clock and application usage issues. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday approx. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. However, must be available and willing to work different hours and be on-call outside of normal working hours (including weekends) because many of the plants run 24/7 shifts. Normal responsibilities do not require travel, but still should be able and willing to do some travel if needed.
