We are seeking someone with an upbeat, outgoing personality to join our sales team as a telesales rep. Flypaper is a VC backed start-up environment with an emphasis on teamwork and having FUN.
Duties:Key Relationships: This position works closely with the VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, SR Account Reps and Sales support.

The Telesales Rep also interacts regularly with all other employees, clients, and potential clients.

Job Responsibilities:
The Telesales Rep is a major contributor to the overall success of the sales team. The position is responsible for expanding an existing customer base through outbound calls; while aggressively prospecting for new accounts with qualified industry call leads.
Qualifications:Education, Experience and Other Requirements:
Education: Four year college degree preferred

Experience:
• Representative must be able to meet standard industry sales quotas
• Minimum of 2 years Inside Sales experience with a proven history of successful sales.
• Strong telemarketing and telephone closing skills essential.
• Experience selling into one of the following markets; elearning, digital signage and/or sales & marketing is preferred but not necessary
• Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SalesForce, etc.
