| Description: | We have an immediate need for a IT Tele-Sales professional.
What you will do:
You will call the target companies identified by the Marketing team to deliver a specific message or to achieve a specific sales lead
o Examples of messages to be delivered: Invitation to a seminar, Survey invitation, Free service offering,
o Examples of lead generation: Do you have an ERP system? Do you need one? Are your IT systems secure enough? Can you use our checkup for IT security?
What we are looking for
Very Desirable Skills:
Prior Tele-sales experience (at least 2 years) selling services to businesses (revenues from $10 million to $1 billion)
Zero call-reluctance
Measurable success in sales: You tell us relevant measure: Revenues, number of consultants placed, new accounts opened, or relative performance in the sales team
Desirable Skills:
Prior sales experience in IT consulting
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be able to read short script clearly and enthusiastically
Must have ability to work in a team as well as independently

Compensation
Competitive base hourly salary. Instant commissions on sales. No cap on commissions.
Successful executives can be converted to annual pay with full benefits + commission, after three months.
Office Location & Time
Scottsdale, Arizona
You can work from the office or we can setup phone at your home office after the training period. You will be fully connected to our telephony and computer systems.
Part time work possible at least 20 hours per week
